First: drink water

What I eat in a day as a vegan starts with my favorite meal: breakfast

  • Rolled oats from Cedar Isle farm, about 1/4 cup
  • Chia seeds, about 2 tablespoons
  • Goji berries, about 1 tablespoon
  • Walnuts, about 1 tablespoon
  • Ground flax, a sprinkle (because it’s part of the Daily Dozen)
  • Maple syrup, less than a tablespoon
  • Diced apple, sliced strawberries, and blueberries

Keeping me writing in the morning

For lunch: leftovers

Unexpected treat: golden turmeric latte

After school snack: banana sushi

Dining from the vegan meal plans: so thankful for Past Me who prepped!
